IBAN
Turkey uses IBAN as the standard account identifier for domestic and international transfers. Turkish IBANs are 26 characters long and include a 5-digit bank code. The Central Bank of Turkey (TCMB) oversees the EFT and FAST payment systems.

How it works
The Turkish IBAN contains the country code (TR), 2 check digits, a 5-digit bank code, a 1-digit reserved character, and a 16-digit account number. EFT handles interbank transfers while FAST provides instant payments.
Where to find yours
In your online banking app, on your bank statement, or by contacting your bank. Turkish IBANs are printed on debit cards at some banks.
