Serbia uses a 22-character IBAN for identifying bank accounts. The National Bank of Serbia (NBS) oversees the payment system. While not a SEPA member, Serbia adopted the IBAN standard to facilitate international transfers.

How it works
The Serbian IBAN begins with "RS" followed by 2 check digits and an 18-digit BBAN consisting of a 3-digit bank code and a 15-digit account number (including a 2-digit check number).
