Managing Multiple Entities in Your Slash Dashboard
Last updated April 9, 2026
Overview
Slash supports multi-entity management, so you can manage multiple businesses from a single login. Instead of juggling separate accounts, you get one dashboard with the ability to switch between entities or view them all at once through the Multi-Entity Overview page.
The Multi-Entity Overview page is available to users who have access to more than one entity on Slash. If you only have a single business account, you won't see this option.
How to Switch Between Entities
Step 1: Open the entity switcher
In the top-left corner of your dashboard, click on your current entity name. This will open a dropdown menu showing all the entities you have access to. The entity you're currently viewing will be marked with a green checkmark in the drop down.

Step 2: Select another entity
Click the name of the entity you want to switch to. The dashboard will refresh and display the selected entity's information.
Using the Multi-Entity Overview Page
Instead of switching between entities one by one, the Multi-Entity Overview page gives you a centralized view of all your accounts in one place.
How to Access the Overview
- Click the entity switcher in the top-left corner of the sidebar (this shows your current entity name).
- In the dropdown, click All entities overview.
- You'll be taken to the dashboard view showing all your entities.
What You'll Find on the Overview Page
Accounts
This view shows each account's balance, available funds, and total spend. You can toggle between a grid view and a list view. The aggregation bar at the top shows your total count, combined balance, available to spend, and all-time spend across all accounts.
Use the grid view for a quick visual summary of balances, or the list view when you need to compare specific metrics across entities.

Analytics
View spending trends across all your entities in one chart. You can adjust the time period for the data using the drop down filter in the top right corner.

Applications
Track pending applications across all your entities. If you have no pending applications, this page will be blank.

Statements
Access monthly statements for all your entities from a single page. You can download statements individually or for multiple entities at once.

Additional Information
- Permissions: Your access level may vary by entity. If you have Admin access on one entity but Viewer access on another, your available actions will change accordingly when you switch.
- Pending tasks: Switching entities won't disrupt any in-progress actions (like a transfer you're drafting), but make sure you've completed or saved your work before switching.
- Notifications: Notifications are entity-specific. When viewing a particular entity, you'll only see alerts and activity for that entity.
