How to Send & Receive Funds from Your Global USD Account

Your Global USD account lets you hold digital dollars and move money across the world. This guide explains how to receive funds into your account and send them to external destinations.
Overview
Global USD accounts support multiple funding methods:
- Receiving funds: ACH transfers, domestic wires, international wires (SWIFT), and cryptocurrency deposits (USDC/USDT)
- Sending funds: ACH push, domestic wires, international wires (SWIFT), and cryptocurrency withdrawals
Your account balance is displayed in USD and backed by USDSL, a digital dollar representation.
How to Receive Funds
You can receive funds into your Global USD account using bank transfers or cryptocurrency.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Account
From your Slash dashboard, select your Global USD account to view account details.
Step 2: Find Your Account Information
To share your account details with a sender, click Receive to view your account and routing information.
For bank transfers, you'll see:
- Routing number: Your ABA routing number for domestic ACH and wire transfers
- Account number: Your unique account number
- SWIFT code: LEADUS42XXX (for international wire transfers)
- Bank name: Lead Bank
- Bank address: Provided in the account details section
For cryptocurrency deposits, you'll see wallet addresses for supported networks including Ethereum, Polygon, and Base.
Step 3: Share Your Details with the Sender
Provide the appropriate account information to whoever is sending you funds. For SWIFT transfers, the sender will need your full bank details including the SWIFT code and your name/business name exactly as it appears on your account.
Processing Times for Incoming Funds
- ACH transfers: 1-3 business days
- Domestic wires: Same or next business day
- International wires (SWIFT): 1-4 business days depending on intermediary banks
- Cryptocurrency deposits: Several minutes to approximately 30 minutes depending on network confirmation
How to Send Funds
You can send funds from your Global USD account to external bank accounts or cryptocurrency wallets.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Account
From your Slash dashboard, select your Global USD account.
Step 2: Start a Transfer
Click Send to begin a new transfer.
Step 3: Select or Add a Recipient
Choose an existing contact or add a new recipient. For bank transfers, you'll need the recipient's bank account details including their account number, routing number (for domestic), or IBAN and SWIFT code (for international).
Step 4: Enter Transfer Details
Enter the amount you want to send and select your transfer method:
- ACH: Best for routine domestic transfers (1-3 business days)
- Domestic wire: Best for urgent domestic transfers (same or next business day)
- International wire (SWIFT): For sending USD abroad (1-4 business days)
- Cryptocurrency: For sending to external wallets (near-instant once confirmed on-chain)
Step 5: Review and Confirm
Review the transfer details including any applicable fees, then confirm the transfer. You may be prompted to authorize the transaction depending on your security settings.
Processing Times for Outgoing Funds
- ACH transfers: 1-3 business days
- Domestic wires: Same or next business day
- International wires (SWIFT): 1-4 business days
- Cryptocurrency: Near-instant once the on-chain transaction confirms

Transfer Limits
Transfer limits depend on your account type and verification status. View your current limits in your account settings.
Fees
Fees vary by transfer method and your subscription tier. ACH transfers are typically free or low-cost, while wire transfers may have higher fees. Fee details are displayed before you confirm any transfer.
Transaction History
All incoming and outgoing transfers appear in your transaction history. Transactions show as pending immediately and update to completed once settled.
