Each method has different processing times, fees, and requirements. This article walks you through how to find your account details and add funds using each available method.

Step 1: Navigate to your Global USD account
From the Slash dashboard, select your Global USD account from the account selector or sidebar.

Need More Help?
If your transfer is delayed or you're having trouble adding funds, here are some common troubleshooting steps:
- ACH delays: Verify the account and routing numbers are correct. Some banks may place holds on first-time transfers.
- Wire not received: Confirm the wire was sent with your bank and verify all details match exactly.
- SWIFT delays: International wires can be delayed by intermediary banks. Contact your sending bank for a tracking reference (UETR).
- Crypto not showing: Verify you sent to the correct network and address. Check the blockchain explorer for transaction status.
