Corporate Cards With Native NetSuite and Sage Intacct Sync in 2026: Two-Way Integrations Compared

Moving the books to NetSuite or Sage Intacct changes what you need from a corporate card. Card spend now has to arrive coded to the right subsidiary, department, location and class, or someone on the finance team recodes it inside the ERP every month. Slash, a business banking platform¹ with its own Slash Visa® Platinum Card, syncs two ways with both ERPs on its $0 and $25 plans.

Ramp, Brex, BILL Spend & Expense and Navan connect directly to both ERPs as well. They differ on which plan includes the connection, how much of the ledger's structure comes into the card platform, and what else reaches the ledger besides card transactions.

Key Takeaways

  • Slash imports the chart of accounts, vendors, customers, classes, departments, locations and subsidiaries from NetSuite, and its pricing page lists QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct and NetSuite on both the $0 Free plan and the $25 Pro plan.
  • Ramp includes NetSuite and Sage Intacct on Ramp Plus, at $15 per user a month plus a platform fee based on team size, and its free plan connects QuickBooks Online and Xero.
  • Brex offers direct NetSuite and Sage Intacct sync on its $0 Essentials plan, which covers up to two entities, and charges $12 per user a month on Premium for multi-entity support and custom mapping.
  • BILL Spend & Expense connects its card program to both ERPs at $0 per user, while BILL's accounts payable plans include NetSuite and Sage Intacct sync only on the custom-priced Enterprise tier.
  • Navan Expense is free for the first five monthly expensing users and $15 per user a month after that, and it can code spend from a corporate card your company already holds.

What Should a Corporate Card Sync With NetSuite or Sage Intacct?

All five platforms here connect to both ERPs directly, so the connection alone settles nothing. A two-way sync reads your ledger's structure into the card platform, lets you code each transaction against it, and sends the coded entry back.

  • The plan that includes the ERP connection. Some platforms put NetSuite and Sage Intacct on a per-user tier, so the cost grows with headcount.
  • The dimensions that come across. Subsidiaries, departments, locations, classes and projects let a transaction be coded in full before it reaches the ledger.
  • How many entities one plan covers. A company with several subsidiaries needs each one reachable from the card platform, and some plans cap the count.
  • What posts besides card spend. Bank transfers, vendor bills and reimbursements either travel through the same connection or need a second tool and a second reconciliation.

1. Slash: Card, Bank and Bill Pay Activity Synced on Both Plans

Slash connects to NetSuite and Sage Intacct from the same Accounting page that handles QuickBooks Online and Xero. You map each Slash cash and card account to its ledger account once, code transactions against the dimensions Slash imports, and push them from a Ready to Sync tab one at a time or in bulk. Changes you make in NetSuite or Sage Intacct appear in Slash automatically, so a new department or vendor shows up in the coding dropdowns without a manual refresh.

What Slash Does for a NetSuite or Sage Intacct Close

  • NetSuite dimensions. Slash imports the chart of accounts, vendors, customers, classes, departments, locations and subsidiaries. Each Slash account can carry a default subsidiary, which follows the transaction onto its lines and any splits.
  • Sage Intacct dimensions. The Sage Intacct connection brings in departments, locations, projects, classes, customers and subsidiaries with the chart of accounts, so project spend is tagged before it syncs.
  • Bills beside card spend. On NetSuite, bills and bill payments from Bill Pay sync through the same connection, so payables reach the ERP alongside card and bank activity.
  • Receipts and memos. Slash texts a cardholder for a receipt photo after an in-person purchase and emails after an online one, and the NetSuite export can carry cardholder, memo and receipt details where available.
  • Several entities, one login. Slash sets no limit on entities per login, and you switch between them from one dropdown. Each entity applies separately and is billed on its own plan.

"The hard part of P&L management usually isn't the analysis. It's actually just getting clean, timely numbers."

What It Costs

Slash publishes both plans, and each is a flat monthly fee per entity rather than a price per user. Free is $0 a month with up to 1.5% cashback on the Slash Card, and Pro is $25 a month with up to 2% cashback and $0 on same-day ACH, domestic wires and outgoing FedNow and RTP.

The pricing page lists QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct and NetSuite on both plans. Unlimited virtual cards, card groups and merchant limits are on both as well, so the card controls you set up on Free carry over unchanged if you move to Pro.

2. Ramp: NetSuite and Sage Intacct Sync on Ramp Plus, Priced per User

Card spend on Ramp posts to NetSuite as credit card transactions, with the account, department, class, location and customer on each line and a link back to the receipt, according to Ramp's NetSuite guide. Reimbursements post as vendor bills, Bill Pay bills and payments sync too, and Ramp Checking Account transfers arrive as journal entries. Ramp imports most custom fields and segments for coding. Vendors sync in both directions, and Ramp creates a vendor record in NetSuite for a new merchant when its transaction syncs.

Ramp includes NetSuite and Sage Intacct on Ramp Plus at $15 per user a month plus a platform fee based on team size, with 20% off for annual billing. Plus also adds multi-entity support and custom fields, while the free plan connects QuickBooks Online and Xero. Applicants need at least $25,000 in cash in a linked US business bank account and must be a US-registered corporation, LLC or LP. Because Plus is priced per user, the cost of the ERP connection rises with headcount.

3. Brex: NetSuite Sync on the $0 Essentials Plan, Up to Two Entities

Brex, now part of Capital One, offers direct sync with NetSuite and Sage Intacct on its $0 Essentials plan, alongside QuickBooks Online, Xero and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Its NetSuite guide says Brex imports accounts, classes, departments, locations, vendors and supported custom fields. Card expenses export as single or batched journal entries, vendor bills, or NetSuite credit card transactions, and the credit card format needs extra setup in NetSuite. Reimbursements and payments to Brex export too. Field values stay current through a daily auto-sync, and a change to NetSuite forms or lists needs a manual Refresh.

The pricing page limits Essentials to two entities, one of them global. Premium, at $12 per user a month, adds multi-entity support across US and international entities, custom field management and custom mapping with AI rule suggestions. Brex's account requirements ask for equity funding of any amount, more than $500,000 a year in revenue, or a referral for a tech startup on the way to either. A mid-market company that wants monthly payments needs more than $400,000 a month in revenue. A third entity means moving to Premium and paying per user.

4. BILL Spend & Expense: $0 per User for Card Sync, Enterprise for Bill Sync

BILL Spend & Expense issues the BILL Divvy Card and costs $0 per user a month, with credit lines from $1,000 to $5 million subject to approval. BILL describes a deep sync with NetSuite that moves vendors, the chart of accounts, departments and transactions between the two systems. Card transactions arrive as NetSuite credit card transactions by default, or as journal entries if you switch them over.

The NetSuite settings let you sync receipts and auto-sync completed transactions every 24 hours, and the Sage Intacct settings offer the same daily auto sync for transactions up to 30 days old. BILL's accounts payable and receivable plans cost $49 to $89 per user a month. Its pricing page lists NetSuite and Sage Intacct sync for those plans only on Enterprise, which is quoted, so a company paying vendors through BILL needs Enterprise to sync those bills to the ERP.

5. Navan: Free for Five Expensing Users, Then $15 per User a Month

Navan Expense handles card spend and reimbursements for travel and everyday purchases. Navan describes its Sage Intacct integration as bi-directional, syncing GL accounts, HR attributes and custom fields, and you choose whether expenses post as journal entries, credit card transactions or bills. Its NetSuite page describes mapping Navan categories and attributes to the NetSuite general ledger.

Navan's pricing makes travel booking free for companies of up to 300 employees. Navan Expense is free for the first five monthly expensing users and $15 per user a month after that, where an expensing user is anyone who submits a transaction that month. You can use the Navan card or connect corporate cards your company already holds. Companies with more than 300 employees are quoted on Navan Enterprise.

How to Choose a Corporate Card for NetSuite or Sage Intacct

  • Decide whether you need a new card at all. If your company is attached to an existing corporate card's rewards, Navan can code that card's spend for the ledger without replacing it.
  • Check where bills get paid. If you pay vendors from the card platform, the bill sync matters as much as the card sync. Slash, Ramp and Brex send bills to NetSuite, while BILL syncs its accounts payable to NetSuite or Sage Intacct only on Enterprise.
  • List the dimensions your ledger requires. If Sage Intacct expects a project on every line, or NetSuite expects a subsidiary, confirm the platform imports that field before you sign. Slash imports projects from Sage Intacct and subsidiaries from NetSuite.
  • Count your entities. Brex Essentials covers up to two entities, and Ramp puts multi-entity support on Plus. Slash sets no limit on entities per login, with each entity on its own plan.
  • Price the plan at the headcount you expect next year. Take 40 people who spend on cards every month. Ramp Plus costs $600 a month (40 × $15) before its platform fee, Navan Expense $525 (35 paid users × $15), and Brex Premium $480 (40 × $12). Slash, Brex Essentials and BILL Spend & Expense include the ERP connection at $0, and Slash Pro is $25 a month per entity.

Putting NetSuite Sync to Work in Slash

An Owner or Admin sets up the connection in a few steps, with your NetSuite accounts and dimensions already configured.

  1. Open the Accounting page from the sidebar, click Connect accounting app, choose NetSuite and authorize Slash.
  2. Map each Slash cash and card account to its NetSuite account, pick a Sync from date, and assign a default subsidiary if your NetSuite account uses subsidiaries.
  3. In the In Review tab, assign the GL account, vendor, class, department, location, customer and subsidiary. Mapping rules fill many of these in by merchant.
  4. Mark coded transactions Ready to Sync, then click Sync to NetSuite. A failed sync shows an error you can open, fix and retry.

Sage Intacct follows the same steps, with projects added to the fields you assign.

Conclusion

Ramp puts NetSuite and Sage Intacct on Plus, at $15 per user a month plus a platform fee. Brex Essentials stops at two entities, BILL syncs its bills to either ERP only on the quoted Enterprise tier, and Navan Expense charges $15 per user a month after the first five.

Slash is the choice when you want card, bank and bill activity coded to your NetSuite or Sage Intacct dimensions for a flat plan fee, with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct and NetSuite on both Free and Pro.

FAQs

1. Does Slash sync two ways with NetSuite and Sage Intacct?

Yes. Slash imports your chart of accounts, vendors and dimensions from either ERP, you code transactions against them in Slash, and the coded entries sync back from the Ready to Sync tab. Changes you make in NetSuite or Sage Intacct appear in Slash on their own.

2. Which accounting systems does Slash integrate with, and on which plan?

Slash integrates with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct and NetSuite. Its pricing page lists all four on the $0 Free plan and the $25 Pro plan, so switching ledgers doesn't require switching plans.

3. Can Slash code transactions to NetSuite subsidiaries?

It can. Slash imports your NetSuite subsidiaries and lets you assign a default subsidiary to each Slash account, and that subsidiary carries through to the transaction's lines and splits. You can change it on any transaction during review.

4. Do Slash Bill Pay bills sync to NetSuite?

Yes. Eligible bills and their bill payments sync to NetSuite once you assign the vendor, GL account and any required dimensions and mark them Ready to Sync. That keeps payables in the ERP next to card and bank activity.

5. Do I need a paid plan to sync a corporate card with NetSuite?

Not with every platform. Slash, Brex Essentials and BILL Spend & Expense include NetSuite and Sage Intacct at $0 per user. Ramp needs Ramp Plus at $15 per user a month plus a platform fee, and Navan Expense charges $15 per user a month after the first five.
