What is the Cash App routing number?

Cash App assigns individual routing numbers to each user. Your routing number may be 073923033 (Lincoln Savings Bank) or 041215663 (Sutton Bank), depending on when you activated your Cash App banking features. Unlike traditional banks with fixed routing numbers, Cash App partners with multiple banks.

Cash App, developed by Block Inc. (formerly Square), provides banking services through partner banks. This means your routing number is unique to your account and cannot be looked up by state or location.

How to find your Cash App routing number

Open the Cash App, tap the Money tab (the dollar sign icon on the home screen), then tap the 'Routing and Account number' option. Your specific routing number and account number will be displayed. You must enable direct deposit to see these numbers.

If you haven't activated Cash App's banking features yet, tap 'Get Account & Routing Number' to set them up. Cash App will assign you a routing number from one of their partner banks.

Cash App direct deposit

Cash App supports direct deposit using your assigned routing and account numbers. Many users receive their paychecks up to two days early through Cash App's early direct deposit feature.

To set up direct deposit, provide your employer with both your Cash App routing number and account number. You can also use these numbers to receive government benefits, tax refunds, and other ACH deposits.

Cash App wire transfers

Cash App does not currently support wire transfers - neither incoming nor outgoing. Cash App is designed for ACH transactions, person-to-person payments, and debit card spending.

If you need to receive a wire transfer, you'll need to use a traditional bank or credit union account. Cash App's routing number only works for ACH-based transactions.
