Withdrawals and automatic payouts
Last updated September 18, 2026
After payment funds become available, you can move them to a selected Slash virtual account with a manual withdrawal or an automatic daily sweep.
Make a manual withdrawal
- Select Withdraw funds.
- Choose the USD or EUR balance.
- Enter an amount or select Max.
- Review the current balance and balance after withdrawal.
- Select Withdraw.
Only available funds can be withdrawn. The minimum withdrawal is $10 for USD or €10 for EUR.
Set up automatic sweeps
Automatic sweeps move the full available balance into your selected Slash account once a day. By default, funds are swept daily to your primary account. To configure this:
- Open Payment Processing and select Settings.
- Confirm the Slash account to sweep payouts to
- Under Automatic sweeps, turn USD and/or EUR on or off.
- Select Save.
Turning off an automatic sweep does not cancel a payout that has already been initiated.
Why a withdrawal may be unavailable
You may be unable to withdraw when:
- The funds are pending or reserved rather than available
- The selected amount is greater than the available balance
- Payouts are temporarily disabled for the account due to an incomplete request for information (RFI)
A payout can be delayed by processing cutoffs, weekends or holidays, account review, destination-account issues, or a processor error.
Do not create repeated manual withdrawals while an earlier payout is pending or initiated. Check the payout status first.
If a payout failed or has remained initiated beyond the expected timeframe, contact Slash Support with the payout ID, amount, currency, destination account, and initiation date.
