Understanding Fees for Slash Crypto
Last updated March 21, 2026
Slash Crypto lets you convert between cryptocurrency (USDC and USDT) and US dollars. This article explains the fees you may encounter when using Slash Crypto and how they are calculated.
Types of Fees
When you deposit or withdraw crypto through Slash, you may see several types of fees depending on your transaction.
Off-ramp fee: The primary fee charged when converting cryptocurrency to USD. This fee is calculated as a percentage of your transaction amount based on your pricing tier.
Method fee: If you choose to receive funds via ACH or wire transfer instead of keeping them in your Slash account, an additional method fee applies. ACH transfers are $1, while domestic wire transfers are $20.
Instant deposit fee: If you opt for instant credit (receiving USD immediately while your crypto settlement processes), an additional fee may apply depending on your account settings.
How Off-Ramp Fees Are Calculated
Slash uses volume-based tiered pricing for crypto off-ramp fees. Your fee rate decreases as your monthly transaction volume increases.
The specific tiers and rates vary by account. To view your current fee schedule, navigate to Settings > Pricing in your Slash dashboard, or contact your account manager.
Where to View Your Fees
Step 1: Open Transaction Details
From your main dashboard, locate the crypto transaction and click to open the transaction detail view.
Step 2: Review the Fee Breakdown
The transaction detail panel displays your fee breakdown, including the off-ramp fee percentage and any additional method fees.
Fee Timing
Fees are calculated and displayed at the time of your transaction. For tiered pricing, your rate is determined by your cumulative monthly volume at the moment you initiate the transaction.
