You can also find your Truist routing number on your checks, by calling Truist at 1-844-487-8478, or by visiting a Truist branch. If you still have old SunTrust checks, the routing number printed on them may or may not be your current Truist routing number.

Updating your payment information

If your SunTrust routing number was retained by Truist, your existing direct deposits and automatic payments may continue to work without changes. However, it is still recommended to verify your current routing number through Truist and update any outdated references.

Wire transfers through Truist may require a specific wire routing number that differs from your ACH routing number. Always confirm the correct routing number for the type of transaction you are initiating.
