How to Pay a Slash Invoice as a Customer
Last updated April 9, 2026
Overview
When a Slash customer sends you an invoice, you'll receive an email with a link to view and pay the invoice online. Slash invoices support multiple payment methods, so you can choose the option that works best for you. This article walks through how to pay an invoice you've received from Slash.
Payment Methods
Slash invoices support the following payment methods:
- Card: Pay with a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Bank transfer: Pay directly from your bank account (ACH debit/credit, wire)
- Crypto: Pay with supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC)
Available payment methods may vary depending on what the invoice sender has enabled.
How to Pay an Invoice
Step 1: Open the Invoice
If your vendor invoices you through Slash, you'll receive an email containing the PDF invoice as an attachment, along with a link to the payment portal.

Step 2: Review Invoice Details
In the portal, you can review detailed line items on the invoice and access payment instructions for ACH, wire, or crypto transfers.
Step 3: Enter Payment Information
Depending on your chosen method:
- Card: Enter your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address
- Bank transfer: Enter your bank routing number and account number, or connect via Plaid
- Crypto: Select your cryptocurrency and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer; you can choose to scan the QR code for the recipient's wallet address, or input payment details manually into your crypto wallet
When submitting payment, be sure to include the reference number in the payment memo or description from your bank account. This helps your vendor accurately track and reconcile your payment.

Step 5: Confirm Payment
Review your payment details and click Pay to submit. You'll receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.
