Slash Crypto Payments, Now on Your Phone

Crypto payments are now available in the Slash mobile app.⁴ Eligible Slash crypto users can send USDC and USDT to external wallets from their phones, with the recipient management, network selection, pricing details, and security checks needed to review a payment before it goes out.

The launch brings one of Slash’s core workflows to mobile. Whether you are paying a vendor, moving funds to a business partner, or sending assets to another wallet you manage, you no longer need to switch to the web app to complete the transfer.

A Simpler Way to Send Stablecoins

Slash takes two common challenges out of paying with crypto: managing a wallet and keeping extra tokens on hand to cover gas fees. You can send stablecoins without deep crypto knowledge or holding other tokens just to complete a payment.

When you’re ready to send, choose an existing recipient and one of their saved crypto destinations, or add a new one directly in the app.

Each destination saves the details you’ll need next time: a recognizable name, blockchain network, wallet address, and memo when applicable. That makes repeat payments faster and gives your team something more useful to reference than a long string of characters in the transaction history.

Slash supports USDC and USDT across a range of 8 different blockchain networks. The app shows the token and blockchain options available for the selected destination and your account, making it easier to make a payment that’s compatible with the receiving wallet without the guesswork.

Your Crypto Deposit Details, Ready to Share

Receiving crypto is just as straightforward. From Add Funds in the Slash mobile app, choose the account you want to fund, followed by the currency and blockchain network the sender will use.

Slash then gives you everything needed to receive the transfer:

  • A QR code the sender can scan
  • The wallet address, ready to copy and share
  • A memo or tag when the selected network requires one

The instructions update automatically when you change the account, currency, or network. That makes it easy to pull up the right deposit details and share them with the sender, wherever you’re working.

Send and Receive Crypto Wherever Business Takes You

Whether you’re paying someone or waiting on a transfer, you can now handle it from your phone instead of putting it off until you’re back at a computer.
