Why Custom Alerts Matter

Every business runs differently. Some teams live in Slack or Discord, others in email, and some prefer quick push alerts on the go. With customizable notifications, you can make sure the right people get the right updates. Whether it’s a low balance warning, a new login, or a wire transfer on hold, Notifications keep your team informed without overwhelming their inbox with unnecessary info.

How It Works

You can manage all Notifications directly from your dashboard:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. Choose which alerts you want: General, Fund Movement, or Purchase.
  3. For each, select how you want to be notified — email, push, or webhook.
  4. Hit Save Settings. You can reset everything to defaults anytime.

Each alert type covers a different activity:

  • General alerts: bank disconnections, new logins, new cards, low balance.
  • Fund movement alerts: deposits, withdrawals, failed or returned ACH, cashback transfers, crypto transfers, automation approvals, and wire transfers being held.
  • Purchase alerts: declined, authorized, refunded, or reversed transactions.
