This month’s updates are designed to help finance teams work with more clarity, security, and control. Each new feature addresses a practical challenge, whether it’s understanding spending patterns, reducing exposure to fraud, staying informed in real-time, or managing account access.¹

Here’s what’s new in October:

Analytics

Clarity in spend gives you the knowledge to make better decisions. Analytics brings all your financial data into one dashboard, with interactive graphs that break down spending by category, merchant, payment method, contact, or card group.

The dashboard highlights dollar amounts, percentages, and changes over time, so trends become easier to spot. Hovering over a data point displays exact figures, while clicking links directly takes you to transactions for full details. Income analytics provide visibility into the sources of funds, giving you a comprehensive view of both inflows and outflows.

Country Restrictions

Not every business operates globally, and international charges can sometimes create unnecessary risk. Country Restrictions let you control where your cards are valid.¹

Admins can block spending in specific countries or limit usage to only selected regions. For example, a card can be restricted to the U.S. and Canada, with all other transactions automatically declined. This feature enables companies to adopt a proactive approach to fraud prevention and maintain tighter control over their international activities.

Notifications

Keeping track of financial activity is easier when alerts match your workflow. Notifications let each user choose what to be notified about and how to receive those updates.

Alerts can be sent by email, push notification, or Discord webhook. Options include account changes, deposits and withdrawals, ACH or crypto transfers,⁴ cashback, wire activity, and card transactions. Users can mix and match preferences or reset everything to default with a single click, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Device Management

Shared accounts and multiple logins can create uncertainty about who has access. Device Management gives admins a clear view of every device connected to a Slash account.

From the Security tab, administrators can view active sessions, review details such as location, and revoke access instantly. Session durations can also be set, requiring periodic re-login for added protection. These controls strengthen account security without disrupting daily operations.

What’s Next

Each feature this month was designed with one goal: making it easier to manage your business finances with confidence. From identifying spending trends to securing accounts, these tools help reduce manual work and provide teams with the clarity they need.
