Tanay Nandgaonkar

Head of Finance

Tanay Nandganokar is the Head of Finance at Slash, joining the team in November 2025. Prior to Slash, he was an AVP at Temasek, where he focused on growth and fund investments in blockchain. Before that, he was an Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he worked on technology growth. He spent three years at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and then Senior Associate Consultant, focused on enterprise and consumer technology. Earlier in his career, he worked in R&D at Eko Devices, a Berkeley-based startup building connected medical devices. He holds a degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
