Slash x Gravity - Cashback Offer Terms

These Offer Terms supplement the Slash Terms of Service, the Slash Rewards Terms, the Slash Privacy Policy, and the Slash Secured Commercial Charge Card Agreement (the “Card Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Offer Terms have the meanings given in those agreements. If there is a conflict, these Offer Terms control solely with respect to the Slash × Gravity cashback offer described in these Offer Terms (the “Offer”). These Offer Terms do not modify the Card Agreement or any rights or obligations of Column N.A. under the Card Agreement.

1. Offer Overview

1. 5% Cashback.

A Company that meets the eligibility requirements in Section 2 (an “Eligible Company”), will earn Cashback Credits equal to 5% of the amount of each Eligible Transaction made on or after the Program Start Date while this Offer remains in effect. The 5% rate is the total Cashback Credit rate for an Eligible Transaction and replaces, rather than supplements, the Cashback Credit rate that would otherwise apply under the Rewards Terms. Slash offers and administers the Cashback Credits as a single Slash benefit.

2. Eligibility

1. To qualify for this Offer, Company must:

  • Maintain a Slash Account in good standing.
  • Maintain a secured Slash Platinum Card issued by Column N.A. and the related Account in good standing.
  • Purchase advertising services directly from Gravity and charge that purchase to a Slash Platinum Card.
  • Comply with these Offer Terms, the Slash Terms of Service, the Rewards Terms, and the Card Agreement.

2. No transaction, monthly, customer, or aggregate program cap applies to Cashback Credits earned under this Offer. Eligibility for specific transactions remains subject to Section 4.

3. Enrollment

1. To participate:

  • Maintain the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
  • Purchase advertising from Gravity using your Slash Platinum Card on or after the later of the Program Start Date or the date you activate this Offer.

2. Participation is first-come, first-served, subject to Slash's discretion, and may be limited in scope or availability as Slash determines.

4. Eligible Transaction

1. " Eligible Transaction" means a bona fide business purchase of advertising services from Gravity that is: (a) charged to a secured Slash Platinum Card issued by Column N.A.; (b) successfully authorized, captured, and settled; (c)processed with Gravity or its designated billing entity as the merchant of record; and (d) otherwise eligible under these Offer Terms. Cashback Credits are calculated using the final gross amount charged to and settled on the Card, including any taxes or fees charged by Gravity as part of the purchase. Fees, interest, or other charges assessed by Slash, Column N.A., or the card network are not included. Slash determines eligibility using merchant and transaction data received from Gravity, Column N.A., the card network, and applicable processors.

2. The following transactions do not qualify:

  • Transactions made using a payment method other than the secured Slash Platinum Card.
  • Transactions for which Gravity or its designated billing entity is not identifiable as the merchant of record at settlement.
  • Transactions that are refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
  • Purchases made through platforms other than Gravity.
  • Foreign Transactions, except to the extent Slash expressly designates them as eligible for this Offer.

5. Accrual and Redemption

1. Cashback Credits accrue at 5% of the final settled amount of each Eligible Transaction. Cashback Credits are credited to Company’s Slash Account on the 25th of the month following settlement, in accordance with the Rewards Terms.

2. Cashback Credits must be redeemed as provided in the Rewards Terms and are not automatically applied to the Card balance. Unredeemed Cashback Credits may be forfeited as described in the Reward Terms.

6. Exclusions and Changes

1. Cashback may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited for: chargebacks, refunds, disputes, fraud or misuse; breach of these Offer Terms, the Terms of Service, or the Rewards Terms; failure to maintain good standing; ineligible transactions; or activity that Slash determines to be abusive, manipulative, or in bad faith.

2. Slash may prospectively reduce, suspend, or modify the cashback rate or terminate this Offer upon notice consistent with the Rewards Terms and Slash Terms of Service. Unless Company’s Slash Account or Card is closed or is not in good standing, an otherwise Eligible Transaction authorized before the effective date of a change or termination will remain eligible if it settles within 60 days after that effective date. Slash may remove a participant from the Offer and withhold, reverse, or revoke Cashback Credits if Slash reasonably determines that the participant engaged in fraud, abuse, misuse, manipulation, or a violation of applicable terms.

7. Independent Parties

1. Slash and Gravity are independent entities. Slash does not operate Gravity's advertising platform and is not responsible for Gravity's pricing, ad inventory, campaign performance, platform functionality, or timelines. Use of Gravity's products or services is governed solely by Gravity's terms. Questions or claims concerning Gravity’s advertising services, pricing, billing, campaign performance, or platform must be directed to Gravity. Nothing in these Offer Terms limits any transaction-dispute rights available under the Card Agreement.

8. Data Use for Offer Administration

1. To verify eligibility and administer this Offer, Slash may receive information from Gravity and share with Gravity only the information reasonably necessary for those purposes. That information may include transaction identifiers, transaction dates and amounts, adjustments, eligibility confirmations, and Company name where necessary to resolve an eligibility or reconciliation issue. Gravity may use information received from Slash solely to administer, reconcile, and support this Offer. All information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements with Column N.A.

9. Taxes

1. Company is solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from rewards, as further described in the Rewards Terms.

10. Legal Notices

1. Slash Financial, Inc. is a financial technology company and is not a bank. The Slash Platinum Card is a Visa® charge card issued by Column National Association, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Approval is subject to eligibility. Payment of card balance is due in full daily. Monthly membership fees may apply. Rewards are promotional rebates funded by Slash and subject to the Rewards Terms.
