Slash X ShipPlug - Offer Terms

These Offer Terms supplement the Slash Terms of Service, the Slash Rewards Terms, and the Slash Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in those agreements. If there is a conflict, these Offer Terms control solely for card transactions where United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) and FedEx Corporation (FedEx) (or their designated billing entities) are the merchants of record.
1. Offer Overview
- 4% Cashback.
- New eligible customers that enroll via the official Slash × ShipPlug referral link or code receive 4% cashback on Eligible UPS/FedEx Spend while the Company’s agreement with ShipPlug remains in effect (the “ShipPlug Commitment”). Earning begins only after Slash receives verification from ShipPlug that Company has entered into the ShipPlug Commitment; rewards are not retroactive.
- ShipPlug-administered Benefits.
- ShipPlug may offer additional benefits that are administered and funded solely by ShipPlug and subject to ShipPlug’s terms of service. Slash does not administer, fund, control, or guarantee any ShipPlug benefit.
2. Eligibility
- To qualify, Company must:
- Not be an existing Slash customer at the time of enrollment.
- Enter into the ShipPlug Commitment, as determined and verified solely by ShipPlug.
- Use the Slash × ShipPlug referral link or referral code prior to creating or linking any ShipPlug account.
- Be approved for a Slash Account, and maintain that account in good standing.
- Satisfy all ShipPlug eligibility requirements for platform participation and promotional benefits.
- One promotion per Company; not transferable. Eligibility for Slash-funded benefits is determined by Slash in its sole discretion; eligibility for any ShipPlug benefit is determined by ShipPlug.
3. Enrollment
- To enroll:
- Obtain an official Slash × ShipPlug referral link or code.
- Complete onboarding with Slash.
- Enter into the ShipPlug Commitment by completing ShipPlug onboarding and any other ShipPlug requirements.
- Participation is first‑come, first‑served, subject to Slash’s discretion, and to any capacity limits set by ShipPlug for ShipPlug‑administered benefits.
4. Eligible UPS/FedEx Spend
- “Eligible UPS/FedEx Spend” means purchase transactions (net of refunds, credits, and adjustments) where UPS and FedEx (or their designated billing entities) are the merchants of record, the transaction is charged directly to your Slash Platinum Card, and the transaction settles successfully. Slash determines eligible spend in its sole discretion, based on merchant and transaction data received from the card network and processor.
- The following transactions do not qualify:
- Non-Card transactions.
- Card transactions routed through any channel, currency, or payment flow where UPS and FedEx (or their designated billing entities) are not the merchants of record at settlement.
- Fees, taxes, interest, disputed or unauthorized transactions.
5. Accrual and Redemption
- Cashback accrues on Eligible UPS/FedEx Spend at the applicable rate.
- Cashback is credited monthly in arrears to your Slash Account in accordance with the Rewards Terms. Timing, definitions, and exclusions remain as set forth in the Rewards Terms.
- Cashback must be redeemed as provided in the Rewards Terms; unredeemed rewards may be forfeited as described in those terms.
6. Exclusions and Changes
- Cashback may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited for: chargebacks, refunds, disputes, fraud or misuse; failure to maintain the ShipPlug Commitment; breach of these Offer Terms, the Terms of Service, the Rewards Terms, or ShipPlug terms; failure to maintain good standing; ineligible transactions; or activity that Slash determines to be abusive, manipulative, or in bad faith.
- Slash may suspend, modify, or terminate this Offer prospectively, as permitted under the Rewards Terms and Terms of Service. If Slash suspects abuse or a violation of terms, Slash may remove a participant and revoke Offer benefits.
- ShipPlug may independently modify or terminate any ShipPlug‑administered benefit without notice to Slash.
7. Independent Parties
Slash and ShipPlug are independent entities. Slash does not operate ShipPlug and is not responsible for the ShipPlug Commitment, including ShipPlug’s deals and pricing, enrollment, platform functionality, and timelines. Use of ShipPlug products or services is governed solely by ShipPlug’s terms. Shipping disputes, adjustments, and carrier charges are between Company and ShipPlug and/or the carriers.
8. Data Use for Offer Administration
To verify eligibility and administer this Offer, Company authorizes Slash to share limited information with ShipPlug, such as Company name, enrollment status, and aggregated or transactional eligibility confirmations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Taxes
Company is solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from rewards, as further described in the Rewards Terms.
10. Legal Notices
Slash Financial, Inc. is a financial technology company and is not a bank. The Slash Platinum Card is a Visa® charge card issued by Column National Association, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Approval is subject to eligibility. Payment of card balance is due in full daily. Monthly membership fees may apply. Rewards are promotional rebates funded by Slash and subject to the Rewards Terms.
