Slash × AppLovin - Offer Terms

These Offer Terms supplement the Slash Terms of Service, the Slash Rewards Terms, and the Slash Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in those agreements. If there is a conflict, these Offer Terms control solely for card transactions where AppLovin Corporation (or its designated billing entity for Axon Ads Manager) is the merchant of record.

1. Offer Overview

  1. 3% Cashback for Year One.
    1. New eligible customers that enroll via the official Slash × AppLovin referral link or code receive 3% cashback on Eligible AppLovin Spend for the first twelve (12) months following Card activation (the “Offer Year”).
  2. Thereafter.
    1. Beginning on the first anniversary of Card activation, the cashback rate on Eligible AppLovin Spend is the higher of 2% or any rate separately negotiated in writing between Company and Slash.
  3. AppLovin-administered Benefits.
    1. Advertisers who onboard to AppLovin’s Axon Ads Manager via the Slash referral may receive additional AppLovin benefits, including early access and a promotional deposit after meeting AppLovin’s stated spend threshold; such benefits are administered and funded solely by AppLovin, are capacity‑limited by AppLovin, and are governed by AppLovin’s promotional terms. Slash does not administer, fund, control, or guarantee any AppLovin benefit.

2. Eligibility

  1. To qualify, Company must:
    1. Not be an existing Slash customer at the time of enrollment.
    2. Not be an existing AppLovin adviser at the time of enrollment.
    3. Use the Slash × AppLovin referral link or referral code prior to creating or linking an AppLovin account.
    4. Be approved for a Slash Account, and maintain that account in good standing for the duration of the Offer Year.
    5. Satisfy all AppLovin eligibility requirements for platform participation and promotional benefits.
  2. One promotion per Company; not transferable. Eligibility for Slash-funded benefits is determined by Slash in its sole discretion; eligibility for any AppLovin benefit is determined by AppLovin.

3. Enrollment

  1. To enroll:
    1. Obtain an official Slash × AppLovin referral link or code.
    2. Complete onboarding with Slash.
    3. Complete onboarding with AppLovin.
  2. Participation is first‑come, first‑served, subject to Slash’s discretion, and to any capacity limits set by AppLovin for AppLovin‑administered benefits.

4. Eligible AppLovin Spend

  1. “Eligible AppLovin Spend” means purchase transactions (net of refunds, credits, and adjustments) where AppLovin (or its designated billing entity for Axon Ads Manager) is the merchant of record, the transaction is charged directly to your Slash Platinum Card, and the transaction settles successfully. Slash determines eligible spend in its sole discretion, based on merchant and transaction data received from the card network and processor.
  2. The following transactions do not qualify:
  • Non-Card transactions.
  • Card transactions routed through any channel, currency, or payment flow where AppLovin (or its designated billing entity for Axon Ads Manager) is not the merchant of record at settlement.
  • Fees, taxes, interest, disputed or unauthorized transactions.

5. Accrual and Redemption

  1. Cashback accrues on Eligible AppLovin Spend at the applicable rate.
  2. Cashback is credited monthly in arrears to your Slash Account in accordance with the Rewards Terms. Timing, definitions, and exclusions remain as set forth in the Rewards Terms.
  3. Cashback must be redeemed as provided in the Rewards Terms; unredeemed rewards may be forfeited as described in those terms.

6. Exclusions and Changes

  1. Cashback may be withheld, reversed, or forfeited for: chargebacks, refunds, disputes, fraud or misuse; breach of these Offer Terms, the Terms of Service, the Rewards Terms, or AppLovin terms; failure to maintain good standing; ineligible transactions; or activity that Slash determines to be abusive, manipulative, or in bad faith.
  2. Slash may suspend, modify, or terminate this Offer prospectively, as permitted under the Rewards Terms and Terms of Service. If Slash suspects abuse or a violation of terms, Slash may remove a participant and revoke Offer benefits.
  3. AppLovin may independently modify or terminate any AppLovin‑administered benefit without notice to Slash.

7. Independent Parties

Slash and AppLovin are independent entities. Slash does not operate Axon Ads Manager and is not responsible for AppLovin eligibility decisions, promotional credits or deposits, platform functionality, approvals, or timelines. Use of AppLovin products or services is governed solely by AppLovin’s terms.

8. Data Use for Offer Administration

To verify eligibility and administer this Offer, Company authorizes Slash to share limited information with AppLovin, such as Company name, AppLovin advertiser ID, enrollment status, and aggregated or transactional eligibility confirmations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Taxes

Company is solely responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from rewards, as further described in the Rewards Terms.

10. Legal Notices

Slash Financial, Inc. is a financial technology company and is not a bank. The Slash Platinum Card is a Visa® charge card issued by Column National Association, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Approval is subject to eligibility. Payment of card balance is due in full daily. Monthly membership fees may apply. Rewards are promotional rebates funded by Slash and subject to the Rewards Terms.
