These FAQs apply to disputes, chargebacks, and other claims you submit relating to Card transactions. Your Card transactions are governed by the Slash Terms of Service and the Slash Secured Commercial Charge Card Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in those terms.

Your use of the Account and Card are limited solely to lawful business purposes and not for any personal, family, or household purpose. Accordingly, consumer dispute and error-resolution rules such as those included in Regulation E and Regulation Z do not apply.
