Accessing Bank Documents and Deposit Details on Slash

Overview

Slash provides self-service access to essential banking documents and account details from your dashboard. This guide shows you how to find your bank letter, deposit information, and account statements.

How to Access Your Bank Letter

Your bank letter confirms that your account is in good standing with our partner bank. This document is commonly requested by vendors, landlords, or financial institutions to verify your banking relationship. Here's how to find it:

Step 1: Navigate to Documents

From your main dashboard, click on your entity's Documents tab.

Step 2: Download the Bank Letter

Locate Bank Letter in the list and click to download or view the PDF.

Your bank letter includes confirmation that your account is in good standing with the partner bank through Slash Financial, the date your account was opened, the account signatory name, your routing and account numbers, and bank address details.

Bank letters do not include your account balance. If you need balance verification for a card company or other institution, please contact Slash support to complete this over the phone.

How to Find Your Deposit Details

To receive deposits via ACH or wire transfer, you'll need your account's routing and account numbers.

Step 1: Select Your Account

From your dashboard, click on the account you want to fund.

Step 2: View Account Details

Click Account Details or look for the account information section.

Step 3: Copy Your Banking Information

Copy your routing number and account number to share with the sender.

For domestic ACH and wire transfers, provide your 9-digit ABA routing number, your unique Slash account number, and the bank name (Column N.A.).

For international wire transfers, you may also need to provide the SWIFT code (CLNOUS66XXX) and the bank address shown in your account details.

How to Access Account Statements

Step 1: Navigate to Documents

From your main dashboard, click on your entity's Documents tab.

Step 2: Open Statements

Select Statements to view your monthly account statements.

Step 3: Download Your Statement

Choose the statement period you need and download the PDF.

Statements are generated monthly and include all account activity, beginning and ending balances, and transaction details for the period.
