Slash and GoTickets Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

Slash, in partnership with GoTickets, is offering a 1% rebate on all payouts from GoTickets to Slash accounts for the month of August 2024. This promotion is designed to reward customers for their loyalty and usage of Slash banking services in conjunction with GoTickets ticket resale platform.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the 1% rebate, customers must meet the following criteria:

  • Direct GoTickets payouts into their Slash account before August 2024 (to direct GoTickets payouts to Slash go to your Point of Sale system and update your payouts to go into your Slash business checking account.)

  • Continue to receive GoTickets payouts into their Slash account through November 1, 2024.

  • Spend a minimum of $25,000.00 on a Slash-issued card within August 2024.

3. Rebate Details

  • The rebate amount will be calculated as 1% of the total GoTickets payouts received into the Slash account during the months of August 2024, with a maximum of $2,000.00.

  • The rebate will be credited to eligible Slash accounts on November 1, 2024.

  • Rebates will be issued only to customers who meet all the eligibility criteria listed above.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • The promotion is valid only for GoTickets payouts received between August 1, 2024, and August 31, 2024 INTO SLASH PLATINUM ACCOUNTS. PAYOUTS THAT GO INTO SLASH LEGACY ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REBATE.

  • Customers who do not maintain their Slash account or switch their GoTickets payouts to another account before November 1, 2024, will not qualify for the rebate.

  • The minimum spend of $25,000.00 on a Slash-issued card must be met within the eligibility period. Transactions before or after this period will not count towards the minimum spend requirement.

5. General Conditions

  • Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Slash.

  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • At our sole discretion, we can refuse to pay rebates to customers we determine are not meaningfully using their Slash account and are trying to "game" the promotion (eg: as soon as every payout hits, you immediately wire the money out).
