Slash and Lysted Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

Slash, in partnership with Lysted, is offering a 1% rebate on all payouts from Lysted to Slash accounts for the months of June and July 2024. This promotion is designed to reward customers for their loyalty and usage of Slash banking services in conjunction with Lysted's ticket resale platform.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the 1% rebate, customers must meet the following criteria:

  • Direct Lysted payouts into their Slash account before July 2024 (to direct Lysted payouts to Slash, visit the Hyperwallet Pay Portal to adjust your payout settings: https://automatiq.hyperwallet.com/ )

  • Continue to receive Lysted payouts into their Slash account through September 1, 2024.

  • Spend a minimum of $25,000.00 on a Slash-issued card within June and July, 2024..

3. Rebate Details

  • The rebate amount will be calculated as 1% of the total Lysted payouts received into the Slash account during the months of June and July 2024, with a maximum of $2,000.00.

  • The rebate will be credited to eligible Slash accounts on September 1, 2024.

  • Rebates will be issued only to customers who meet all the eligibility criteria listed above.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

  • The promotion is valid only for Lysted payouts received between June 1, 2024, and July 31, 2024 INTO SLASH PLATINUM ACCOUNTS. PAYOUTS THAT GO INTO SLASH LEGACY ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REBATE.

  • Customers who do not maintain their Slash account or switch their Lysted payouts to another account before September 1, 2024, will not qualify for the rebate.

  • The minimum spend of $25,000.00 on a Slash-issued card must be met within the eligibility period. Transactions before or after this period will not count towards the minimum spend requirement.

5. General Conditions

  • Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Slash.

  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  • At our sole discretion, we can refuse to pay rebates to customers we determine are not meaningfully using their Slash account and are trying to "game" the promotion (eg: as soon as every payout hits, you immediately wire the money out).
