About the position

Slash is a revolutionary tool for securing discounts while shopping online. Our central offering is a secure browser extension that slashes the prices of online retailers without resorting to coupon codes, cashback or other old-fashioned practices. We have already partnered with more than 200 brands, including global ones like Booking, eBay, Samsung, Aliexpress, Converse, TripAdvisor, LaRedoute, etc.

Slash has a team of more than 40+ professionals all across Europe. We primarily work remotely with occasional collaboration days in person.

We are looking for a proactive, process-oriented Head of HR.

Responsibilities

  • To build technical and communication processes of the HR group and ensure systematic growth of the company's staff to 150 people in 2022
  • Together with a team of recruiters, to conduct active recruitment for various vacancies (a full cycle of recruiting - from the first contact with a candidate to their first day at work)
  • To form a strategy and mechanics of the recruitment process, adaptation and retention of employees in the company
  • To monitor salary markets and be aware and up to date on all the improvements we should introduce
  • You will be the leading ambassador of our team’s interests. You will know and understand their needs and how to motivate them
  • You will initiate all the formal and informal events: corporate parties, workshops, our participation in conferences
  • You will develop internal communications flow and corporate culture, work with the employee engagement level
  • You will improve the flow of internal processes and develop all sorts of internal regulatory acts
  • You will coach our team leads on recruitment and adaptation processes and consult the top management on the matter
  • You will also introduce C&B politicsTo form and create the structure of the HR department in a startup with a staff of 30+ people

Experience and skills

  • You have experience in creating, building and establishing HR processes in startups (company growth from 0 to 120 employees)
  • You have a clear understanding of IT recruitment specifics (via different channels)
  • You have experience in onboarding new employees, organising the adaptation process, including one-on-one meetings, 360° assessments
  • You understand how to attract and retain the best and most highly-skilled professionals
  • You know the principles of strong HR brand creation and development
  • You’d rather initiate and create than work with an existing template
